Tillamook Adventist Community Services is part of a global relief organization (ACS in North America and ADRA outside the US). Tillamook ACS is privileged to serve all people in Tillamook County.
Our facility here in Tillamook provides food, clothing, bedding, household items, tents, tarps, sleeping bags, hygiene supplies and a whole lot of prayer to those in need. There are 10 in-ground garden spaces and six raised beds that families, or individuals, can sign up to use to grow their own food. Showers are available Tuesday & Thursdays, 8:30am-1:00pm on a first come first in basis. Laundry is available by appointment. Our new hospitality center is open to those un-housed that are waiting for a shower or while doing laundry. They can enjoy hot chocolate, tea, coffee, oatmeal, top Ramen, fresh fruit, pastry, crackers & cheese. We also provide some financial assistance based on level of urgency.
There is an average of 14 volunteers with a willingness to live God’s love by showing and sharing Christ’s compassion and care for all those who come through our door.
There are no costs for any of our services.
